Now they keep sending us email for the difference of the price and some unknown fees that keeps increasing. They emailed back asking us to talk to that no-one-there line (they recognize that we are canceling but they just don’t do it). They said that was the department handling cancellation (they make it sound that they are a big company with numerous “departments”). Every time we told them to cancel, they transfer the phone call to an extension that on one answers (one time I waited for 45 minutes). We asked them to stop service and made the last payment of the old price. When we find it out through the quarterly bill, we told them we were not noticed and would not accept the new price. A month ago, they jacked up our price without any written notice. It took us more than three phone calls to finally sort it out. When we joined, we told them we needed only quarterly service but we kept getting bimonthly bills. We had Hawx pest control for more than a year.
